ELECTRO SWING TORONTO
"Electro swing combines the sounds of the first Great Depression, with the technology from the second.” Although electro swing is a relatively new genre on the grand scope of musical history, it has some incredible benefits that go along with it to make it much more marketable to a wider audience than almost any other electronic genre that has surfaced thus far. Electronic music has exploded in popularity over the last decade, and with the spread of music on the inernet as well as cheaper technology allowing more people to create and remix music, genres continue to blossom with slews of new artists emerging every day. My passion for the genre stemmed from growing up in high school jazz bands, but there are very few nights that you can always count on being a unique and inspring time as a solid night of electro swing.
