Poster design for a music event for an artist that was chosen at random. We were supposed to listen to the full album while sketching to get inspired. The design approach I chose for this project was a very dark and emotional. I wanted my poster to show the scary tone the album has. I felt the album was very emotional in a scary way. The target audience are obviously any fan of Tim Hecker but as well, anybody that likes music that’s mixed with different sounds and who has a lot of hidden emotions behind them. The poster consists of a red background and letters to represent blood and a black cloud over it to show how the music gets intense throughout the entire album.
