This self-portrait is made with acrylic paint. Applying several levels of different colors created a thick plastic texture. The background colors used are red, blue and yellow. The use of primary colours creates a harmony. The crazy strokes were made using my fingers to give a flow that represents my subconscious self. This enabled me to put the portrait on top while keeping the abstract background visible. The word used is “trust” as it is the characteristic I value most.
